Ai Chihuahua

Heya, I thought i'd do a blog about my gorgeous Chihuahua called Amber! She's a golden sable, though her stomach now is completely white! When I first started visiting her she was a really dark colour with a very distinctive black stripe down her back and tail. Her face was also very dark, here is a photo of the first day I ever saw her

She looks just like a Gremlin here, and I thought she was adorable! She was instantly my favourite (next to the 2 that wern't for sale). She was in a litter of 7! Which maches the world record, one unfortunately died and she was very small, another very small chihuahua was Thumbellina who was hand reared but she survived and due to her size was not for sale. Amber was the only other girl in the litter.

Me and Amber had an instant bond when I saw her, she sat on my lap and behaved beautifully!

Now I know some of you will think that this is gross but I love her so it doesn't really matter to me, as you can see shes staring to get a lot lighter here! and look at those tiny paws! When I got her and weighed her she was 3lbs, I fed her the amount I was told and next thing I knew she had lost 0.4lbs! So I started feeding her more and now she's 1lbs heavier than before and looking beautiful! She's litter trained and she plays fetch, so this shows that not all Chihuahua's have behaviour issues. She really is one of a kind :) This is a picture of me and her when she was a little bit tired

So to summarise if you want a blonde Chihuahua, either get one that was born blonde or buy one which is called a Golden Sable and they will get lighter.

Tattoo advice

So i've got 5 tattoo's now that i've collected since my 18th birthday and some of them I had some terrible time trying to heal so here's my advice on the tattoos I healed within 3 days, no lie.

This was my first ever tattoo, I know crazy for going for such a big one on my first go but it is honestly my favourite, I healed this within 1 week of having it done but I had terrible plasma and bruising, but its come out beautifully :)

This was one of my latest ones and it looked beautiful when I first had it done but I regret to say this was my worst one to heal and now has patches where it leaked plasma onto my cardigan and I ended up pulling half of the scabbing off, it now looks like this

apology for the crapness but as you can see on the left hand of the rose its gone a very light grey and on the right side it looks okay but in fact its got lots of bits missing, I did everything the tattooist said to the dot but it came out terrible.


This following tattoo however is my newest and I did it "MY WAY" so to speak and it healed beautifully in 3 days, I shared the how to with my bf and a few friends and theirs healed super fast too!

This healed so beautiful and looks identical to this now, I couldn't be happier here's what I did:
- left the cling film on until I was ready to go to bed, I washed it with quite hot water
-I then applied a thin layer of bepanthen, it does hurt when doing both of those.
-I then covered it with cling film again and then slept with it that way
-I then repeated this process once in the morning and once at night (exactly the same as said there)


Follow these steps and your tattoo will heal beautifully and quickly! :) Hope this helps!

Keep the Glam and Save the Pennies :D

So this is my view on good quality make up at student prices! Now we all know what its like when you're meant to be going on a night out but you've ran out of make up, whether its completely empty or just not got the right colours you want more, but you can't afford it, I'm going to list some of my lifesaver products!


1. MUA (Makeup Academy)
These products can be found in your local Superdrug and they are literally £1 each! On many occasions i've checked my facebook only to see i've got some form of Fancy Dress party and i've forgotten to plan in advance! i've run down to my local Superdrug and stocked up on various products and my looks have always been a success! They've got a wide range of products and I will be uploading the video once my youtube account stops messing me about.


2. Barry M
WOWOWOW! I love Barry M, I had a fancy dress party and I thought i'd go for a challenge, I literally bought the products on the day to do this and it turned out brilliantly, this was a while ago but everyone complimented me and were shocked at the effort I had gone to, this was probably the BEST fancy dress i've done.

Here is a picture of my friend Catherine as Tigger and me as an Avatar, the pigmentation on Barry M products is insane! I didn't have anything on underneath the products and it gave me a really rich dark colour (flash is a bit funny on this) I would definitely do this look again and might do a tutorial for this look!

Barry M is also brilliant for nail varnish, the colours are very bright and I am loving their cracked black nail varnish, so simple to use and very effective for a look thats salon quality. They do it in colours other than pink but impo black is the best.


3. Now I know not everyone is the same, but I can't live without false lashes, I think they're amazing and really give your eyes a sexy boost! Now i've tried a lot of ranges, MAC - they last a while, but very expensive and sometimes just don't sit right (£7-£10)


Girls Aloud - Nicola which are my personal favourite, these are very classic and look very natural perfect for people who don't want people knowing about their eyelash extensions! (£5.15)


As superdrug do get in "designer" items sometimes you'll find some labeled eyelashes at discount prices, so if you are in need have a look at their range pop in and there is loads to chose from! randing from £1.99!


Now I personally bought a set of 10 false eyelashes (20 single lashes) for £2.99 of ebay! These lashes are really nice for day to day if you just want that extra boost and you get so many for your money! I say give ebay a chance because you will be delighted with the results! Although it is cheap you will have to bare in mind P&P order atleast a week in advance prior to your nights out!


4. Another favourite of mine is "Sleek" they are quite generously priced items! £3.99 for a lipstick or £5.99 for 2? They must be mad, but we wont argue! I personally think the Sleek Palettes are the best for value as you get 12 eyeshadows of different textures for £6.49 thats just over 50p for each colour! Now i'm not going to lie and say i've tried all colours but the lipsticks and the eye pallets are top notch and I use them daily :)


I hope this helps people to find cheaper products for better value for money!

Skin care

So i've always struggled to find skincare that actually makes my face feel like its been deep cleansed and fresh! So whilst I was out at the mall I decided to go to boots! Whilst in boots I came across some amazing offers!  Originally I was looking for something for my partners skin ass he struggles with complex regimes and keeping his face clear of spots, I remembered an advert for Garnier Exfo Brusher wash and thought we'd give it a try, turns out it was 2 for £10 instead of £7 each! now £7 is steap but i thought well its £5 each and this means I could try it too as i wanted to, this was the BEST thing i've ever done!

This little item is completely and utterly amazing we decided to try it at the same time, its so simple, damp your face, simply twist the top and squeeze some product out onto the brush and use it on your face! Then simply wash off. It has given me the cleanest feeling face i've ever had! I have always struggled to get anything even close to this quality clean! My boyfriends spots have noticeably reduced, my face is noticably clearer, currently I have one or two spots but i've not used this product for the past few days (not had time for it I have a wedding at the weekend to prepare for hair make-up etc.) but still is no where near as bad as before I used this item. Now I have no hesitation that when this runs out (probably not for a few months as you use so little of the product) I will buy another regardless of the price!


Another 3 items which I bought 2 of which where the same as it was on any items buy 2 get 1 free at boots again Johnson's Facial wipes!

These wipes I find get even the toughest of make-up almost completely off! The only problem I have is that I wear false lashes on occasion and this does not touch the glue that I use, however the other Johnson's product I use gets it all  off and not even the company that makes the glue's remover does this! its amazing!

I can safely say next time I run out I will be sticking to these products!

Alex and Chloe

So todays blog is going to be about clothing brand Alex and Chloe, their products are absolutely beautiful but what about their prices?


I personally think that the genius that is Alex and Chloe deserves a fair amount of money for their items, some of them are ridiculously priced. I previously was considering buying a few necklaces from the company, but upon a second glance realised that the way they make some of their necklaces it would be cheaper to make yourself! They are well known for their "Coco is dead" range which includes :

I personally love the necklace but they had to discontinue this range due to Chanel lawyers complaining about copyright! I've been wanting one for ages but unfortunately they are unobtainable, so i started looking into materials that they're made from and it can be bought from your local craft store!
The product used to make these necklaces is called "shrinkydink" all you have to do it print the image on it, cut it out, color it and bake. you can put any chain you already have on it.

As for their other items such as their rings their prices can be rather rash, I'm totally inlove with this ring but the price is $230! this works out at about roughly £143! Now I'm not going to lie and say i've never spent that much on a ring in fact i've spent more, however I'm pretty confident you can find rings similar to this for a much cheaper price. However if its your sort of budget I highly recommend you invest in one of these rings, this one is CROWN OF THORNS RING - ANTIQUE BRASS WITH BLUE GOLDSTONE the stone is obviously expensive but I'm confident imitation rings will be on the market. If anyone does find an imitation version please let me know! Thanks!

Another ring which is going to be popular is the PYRAMID CROSS 2-FINGER RING from A&C costing $180 - £112

If however you want to save about £104 you can go to asos (click on the link) as this plain gold cross 2-finger ring is only £8 and impo much prettier than alex and chloes! They also have this particular ring in silver! You cant really go wrong for £8!

i've deleted everything!

so i've just deleted everything i had because quite frankly there was too many photos from too much time gone by! it didn't seem right to keep them all up there! so heres to a fresh start!
